Campaigns

Strategy
Everything the agent worked out: who you sell to, who you compete with, what your emails argue, what you may claim, and what it all costs. It fills this in by itself, and anything you change here wins.
Inbox
Replies to your campaigns, and nothing else — mail from anyone not in a campaign is left where it arrived. Replied leads stop their sequence automatically. Bounces and delivery failures sit under Other, since nobody reads those.

Outboud sends from real mailboxes you own at Google, Microsoft and Zoho, so every account (and its domains) carries its own sender reputation. If one domain gets flagged, the others are unaffected. Keep a separate account per group of domains to stay fully isolated.

How fast to look people up
one row per data sourceEvery provider allows a certain number of lookups over a certain stretch of time. outboud counts its own use against that and stops before the provider has to refuse, then starts again by itself when the window turns over. Raise these only to match what your plan actually allows.
Buying signals
timing, from your Apify actorsOptional. Connect Apify and outboud can check what a company has been doing lately — hiring, funding, launches, news — before it answers them. Used when replying, not on every lead, because each check is an actor run.
Who your email comes from
the name on every send and replyOne person for the whole organisation. Until you set this, mail goes out from a bare address and signs with the company name, which reads like a system rather than someone worth answering.
MCP access

System status
domain & DNS plumbingThe registrar and DNS host outbound uses when it buys domains or edits records for you. This is not your mail accounts, those live under Sending → Connected accounts. Nothing to do here unless you need automatic domain/DNS setup and something says "not set".
