Launch a sending domain

Set up everything a domain needs to send email, create the inboxes, and send a real test, all automatically. Takes a minute or two; you can leave the page.

The domain your emails come from. We'll check it when you type.
Best with one account per domain.
One per line. Just the part before the @, so sales makes sales@yourdomain. Want a display name? Add it after a comma: john, John Doe.
When someone visits the new domain in a browser, send them here. Looks legitimate and helps deliverability. Leave blank for none.
We send one real email here to prove it works.
  • Register the domain if it's available
  • Set up the email DNS records (so mail is trusted)
  • Create the inboxes you listed
  • Point the homepage at your main site
  • Send one real test email
Advanced
Where the domain's DNS lives. Leave on automatic unless you know otherwise.
Deliverability

Audience

Upload your leads. We detect each person's email provider and send from a matching inbox (Microsoft to Microsoft, Google to Google) for the best delivery.

CSV columns: email (required), then optional first_name, last_name, company, title, these become {{firstName}}, {{company}}, etc. in your emails.

Outreach

Campaigns

Multi-step email sequences sent from your own inboxes, on a schedule, provider-matched to each lead. Add leads from the Audience tab.

Conversations

Inbox

Every reply and bounce across your campaigns, in one place. Pick one to read it; replied leads stop their sequence automatically.

Batch

Launch many domains

Set up several sending domains at once — the same full setup as Launch (records, inboxes, redirect, test email), one row per domain.

Columns: domain (required), account (which connected account, by its name, one per domain), inboxes (separate with ;, add a display name with :), test (optional), redirect (optional homepage forward).

Configuration

Settings

Your sending accounts, your team, and how outbound is wired up.

Each account keeps its own reputation

Outboud sends from real mailboxes you own at Google, Microsoft and Zoho, so every account (and its domains) carries its own sender reputation. If one domain gets flagged, the others are unaffected. Keep a separate account per group of domains to stay fully isolated.

Do-not-contact

addresses never emailed

These addresses are never emailed. Every campaign email ends with “Reply YES to unsubscribe.” Anyone who replies YES is added here automatically, and replying NO removes them. You can also add your own (comma or newline separated).

MCP access

API keys

Let an AI assistant or script drive outboud over the Model Context Protocol. Endpoint https://outbound.wtf/mcp, authenticated with Authorization: Bearer <key>. Generate a key below, copy it once, and revoke it any time.

System status

domain & DNS plumbing

The registrar and DNS host outbound uses when it buys domains or edits records for you. This is not your mail accounts, those live under Sending → Connected accounts. Nothing to do here unless you need automatic domain/DNS setup and something says "not set".
